This conference is intended for anyone and everyone involved with
process improvement in a hospital or patient-care environment in New
England. If you work in health care in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, or
Massachusetts, this conference is for you.
Common
titles of attendees include Green Belt or Black Belt, Change Agent,
Process Improvement Engineer, Manager, Director, Supervisor, or Quality
Engineer. Presentations at the Lean
Healthcare New England Conference will cover Overall Lean Applications,
Emergency Services, Patient Care, Outpatient Services, Perioperative and
Surgical Services, as well as Research and/or Benchmarking. If you
work in any of these areas, you will learn something by attending
the conference. Registration preference will be given to those from a hospital or
patient care related facility.
